NFPguru's mission is to empower nonprofit organizations. I strive to provide the tools and strategies necessary to enhance organization governance, provide sustainable growth and impactful program outcomes.
Bob Reynolds - The Nonprofit Guru
During my 30 years as leader of Brady Ware & Company’s Nonprofit Practice, I worked closely with leaders of nonprofit organizations to formulate and implement strategies for growth; how to effectively safeguard, manage and utilize resources to maximize financial and operating results; to enhance the impact of program outcomes.
Recognized as a thought-leader on matters affecting the nonprofit community, I have been a frequent speaker at various nonprofit and community events. I lead the initiative to develop Brady Ware’s annual Take Five Nonprofit Leadership Conference, a complimentary, high-quality training and professional development event that focuses on strategic issues impacting the region’s nonprofit organizations.
Upon retirement, I formed Reynolds Nonprofit Support Resources (dba the NFPguru) to continue providing affordable solutions to help organizations fulfill their mission. I provide consultation in the following areas:

I have a passion for volunteer service and have served in a volunteer leadership capacity for more than 20 organizations in Ohio and Indiana. In 2019, I was awarded the Dave Donaldson Award of Distinction, by the Greater Dayton / Miami Valley Better Business Bureau for exemplary Board service. In addition, I was awarded the Indiana CPA Society’s Outstanding CPA Community Service Award and was recognized as a Volunteer of the Year by the Indiana Association of United Ways in 2017.
